What if I'm not very physically fit?

No camper will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. If you have 5 or 50 pounds to lose, you’ll find that Slim Down Body Boot Camp is just the program for you!

Where’s the location of the boot camp?

Victoria Park, 83 Schneider Ave/Studio, 301 King St. E. Unit 201

How often will we meet?

Participants will meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for one hour.

What if I can’t attend three days a week?

I know you’ll agree that some exercise is better than no exercise. So if you can’t make it three days a week, at least do your best to attend as often as you can and  supplement the missed days with other forms of exercise to see results.

What time are the camps?

(Mon, Wed and Fri) 6:30PM/AM or 7:30PM

What if I’m too busy and don’t have time to come?

Professionally speaking…after working with hundred's of clients over the years I have found that “I don’t have time” really means “I’d like to procrastinate a little longer.” The truth of the matter is that you can make time if you really want to change the way you look and feel.
