Our Slim Down my Body Boot Camp schedule is below!
Ladies drop 8-10 pounds with a four week program training three times a week! (Located at Victoria park 83 Schneider Ave/Chris Walkers Fitness Studio 301 King St. East Unit 201 & take place every Mon, Wed & Friday at 6:30PM/AM or 7:30PM.)
Limit to 20 females outdoors/ 12 indoors per camp!
You only need to bring a yoga mat or a blanket, a pair of 5 pound dumb bells, bottle of water and a sense of adventure!
